Join ProCareHR/Go Icon as a Life Enrichment Client Success Manager!

At Procare HR, we're on a mission to transform workforce outcomes for care providers through our industry-focused HR services model. We offer comprehensive HR services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and general HR support. Our core values drive our culture, emphasizing positivity, curiosity, accountability, gratitude, and growth.

Engagement, seen from every angle.

You've spent years in senior living in life enrichment and resident programming. You know the residents. You know what moves the needle. But you've probably never had the data to prove it, or the platform to scale it.

This is that role.

As a Life Enrichment Client Success Manager, you'll partner with Executive Directors and Life Enrichment teams across a book of senior living communities turning resident and family engagement signals into real recommendations that move occupancy, retention, and revenue. You're the trusted advisor who makes the data usable, coaches teams toward better outcomes, and helps residents live more connected, engaged lives.

Your Impact:
As a Client Success Manager at ProcareHR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.

Why Join Us:
  • Salary Range is $85,000-$95,000/yr | Credit given for experience
  • Great Benefits Available
  • Fully Remote Opportunity

What You'll Actually Do:
  • Translate engagement data into concrete, actionable moves for onsite teams.
  • Spot early warning signs of isolation before they become move-out risk.
  • Coach teams on making life enrichment visible to families, prospects, and leadership.
  • Build fee-based programming pipelines sized to real resident interest, not guesswork.
  • Deliver impact reviews that quantify ROI in the terms leadership cares about.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, human resources, therapeutic recreation or adjacent required.
  • 3+ years in senior living operations or life enrichment
  • A knack for reading data and turning it into a plan
  • Strong relationship instincts — you build trust fast and keep it
  • Excel proficiency and sharp written/verbal communication

Benefits Available:

  • Health insurance with company paid premium for employee only coverage
  • FSA and HSA options available
  • Company paid dental insurance for employee only coverage
  • Company paid life insurance
  • Company paid short- and long-term disability insurance
  • A 401K plan with company match and safe harbor contribution
  • Paid Time Off
  • Additional ancillary benefits including Vision, Critical Illness, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and Accident
