Job Description
Streamline Glass, a new glass manufacturing company in Newton, NH, is seeking a second-shift (approx. 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) Production Operator to help drive our largely automated, state-of-the-art glass manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll oversee advanced machinery, ensure seamless production flows, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Working alongside management and technical teams, you’ll support new equipment integration, troubleshoot issues, and keep our automated systems running at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating and monitoring automated machinery
- Maintaining streamlined production workflows and enforcing quality standards
- Assisting in setup and optimization of new equipment and processes
- Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
- Applying Diamon-Fusion® coating to class products

- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
- Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly within dynamic, team-oriented environments
- Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
