Production Operator (Second Shift) in Newton, New Hampshire at STREAMLINE GLASS

Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a second shift Production Operator to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with production processes such as quality control. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist at production stations where needed
• Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products
• Assist with other production duties as needed

• Ability to routinely lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, stooping, and handling of materials
• Safely hold and carry pieces of glass of various sizes, shapes, and thickness weighing up to 75 lbs
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
