Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position operates in a unique and highly collaborative environment, working directly with The Governale Group while also partnering with department heads across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and confidence, while maintaining a personable and professional demeanor to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Digital Content Creation & Management

• Design visually compelling assets across digital and print platforms, including marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, property materials, and branded campaigns.

• Maintain and evolve Bluejack’s visual identity across all touchpoints and all companies.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and creative partners to bring concepts to life.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with precision and consistency.

• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring quality and accuracy

• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

• Serve as a brand ambassador and represent the brand in a member-facing capacity.

Brand & Member Experience:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests, embodying the values and culture of Bluejack brand at all times.

• Stay informed about all club programs, activities, and services to accurately promote them through digital channels.

• Resolve member challenges with professionalism and efficiency, acting as a positive ambassador for the club.

• Support the Club Customs, Culture, and Guidelines in all communications and interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing and club operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in print, digital, and brand design

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience designing for social media, email marketing, websites, and print collateral

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling creative assets

• Experience with photo editing, retouching, and image selection

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus)

• Familiarity with Canva and other digital content creation tools

• Understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Experience in luxury, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or resort branding is a plus

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography or Fine Arts; 1–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SOFTWARE:

Knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

This is a full time, exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The schedule includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays and is flexible to meet the needs of the business.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION:

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation. Bluejack provides designated bonus opportunities throughout the year to recognize and reward employee contributions.

Management reserves the right to uphold grooming and uniform standards that align with the club’s expectations.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our properties sit on at least 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
