Sales Lead/ Director, Prediction & Digital Asset Markets

This is a high-impact institutional sales leadership role focused on shaping and scaling commercial growth across prediction markets, regulated derivatives, and digital asset products. You will operate at the frontier of evolving financial markets, engaging sophisticated institutional clients including hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, and FCM-registered entities. The role blends strategic sales execution with market development, requiring you to build demand for emerging product categories such as event contracts and tokenized real-world assets. You will collaborate closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to structure offerings that align with regulatory frameworks and client needs. This is a builder-style position where you will define the go-to-market motion in a rapidly evolving segment. Your success will directly shape institutional adoption and market penetration across regulated crypto and derivatives ecosystems.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead institutional sales efforts across prediction markets, event contracts, and regulated digital asset derivatives in the US market.
  • Build and manage relationships with hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, family offices, FCMs, and clearing counterparties.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Drive adoption of exchange and derivatives products, including CME-linked strategies and crypto-native trading solutions.
  • Identify and develop opportunities in tokenized real-world assets in partnership with product teams.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product stakeholders to structure compliant and competitive offerings.
  • Represent the organization at major industry events and conferences to expand market presence and pipeline.
  • Provide continuous market intelligence and client feedback to inform product and strategic development.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or trading-related client coverage roles.
  • Strong background in regulated financial markets, including CME-listed products, derivatives, or FCM ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in digital assets, crypto trading platforms, or Web3 institutional sales environments (3+ years preferred).
  • Existing active network across institutional investors such as hedge funds, prop trading firms, asset managers, and brokers.
  • Familiarity with prediction markets, event-driven derivatives, or tokenized real-world assets is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of US regulatory frameworks (CFTC, NFA, SEC-related considerations).
  • Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and institutional relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial and derivatives concepts for senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving market environments.
