This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Integrations/Studio Consulting based in India.
This role is part of a high-performing Workday Integrations practice focused on designing and delivering scalable integration solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will act as a key technical consultant responsible for building, configuring, and deploying integrations that connect Workday with multiple internal and external systems. The position involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration designs. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and solution reliability across implementation and post-production phases. The role offers exposure to advanced integration tools and technologies within Workday, including Studio and API-based frameworks. You will also contribute to client enablement by explaining integration logic and supporting knowledge transfer. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on consulting role in a fast-evolving global delivery environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, APIs, and Document Transformations.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate design options, and secure sign-off on integration solutions.
- Develop detailed interface specifications, field mappings, and system process designs in line with established methodologies.
- Analyze technical impacts of configuration decisions and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Facilitate design workshops for implementation and application management services (AMS) projects.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks or concerns to project management as needed.
- Support knowledge transfer by educating clients on integration operations and SaaS interface management.
- Ensure adherence to integration standards, security protocols, and best practices across all deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations or enterprise integration development roles.
- Active Workday certification in Integrations and Studio (mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, APIs, and CCTPP.
- Solid understanding of web service technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, and SAML.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and post-production integration support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders in global environments.
