IT Project Coordinator / Project Management Analyst || Ohio in Ohio at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator / Project Management Analyst to support technology implementation projects and improve project management practices.

• Coordinate IT projects, schedules, meetings, tasks, and deliverables.
• Track project status, risks, issues, and deadlines.
• Work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support implementation of on-premise, SaaS, and hosted technology solutions.
• Prepare project status reports and documentation.
• Assist with improving project management processes and practices.
• Help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

• 2+ years of IT project management experience supporting technology implementations.
• Experience implementing on-premise, SaaS, and/or hosted solutions.
• Experience with practice/process improvement.
• Planview PPM experience is highly desired.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates will have a background in IT project coordination, PMO, technology implementation, and process/practice improvement.
