As the Director of Clinical Services (DCS), you'll provide clinical leadership across the hospice program, oversee patient admissions and care planning, support interdisciplinary team coordination, and help ensure our clinical services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. You'll also have the opportunity to lead, support, and develop our clinical team while helping establish a strong foundation for exceptional care in a new-start environment.

🌟 What You'll Do🎯 Provide Clinical Leadership- Lead the clinical operations of the hospice program.
- Provide leadership and direction across all clinical aspects of the hospice program.
- Help ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-quality hospice care services.
- Apply your hospice nursing and leadership experience to support effective patient care programs.
- Help establish and maintain strong clinical processes within a new-start hospice environment.
- Oversee patient admissions and care planning.
- Ensure patient care is delivered with compassion, empathy, and respect.
- Help ensure care plans are developed and carried out appropriately for each patient.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional hospice care services.
- Provide leadership and support to clinical staff.
- Manage and develop team members while encouraging strong clinical performance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for the clinical team.
- Use strong leadership skills to help guide the team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Oversee interdisciplinary team coordination.
- Support collaboration among the members of the hospice care team.
- Help ensure effective coordination of patient care across the interdisciplinary team.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, volunteers, and other members of the care team.
- Oversee regulatory compliance across the clinical program.
- Support quality assurance within clinical operations.
- Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Help maintain a strong commitment to quality and exceptional patient care.
- RN licensure for the State of Texas.
- Two years of recent clinical experience in a hospice or palliative care setting.
- Experience in hospice nursing and leadership.
- Experience managing patient care programs in new-start environments.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
