Position Summary

The Program Manager, Pipeline Initiatives & Grants is responsible for the hands-on coordination of workforce pipeline and employee development programs within the Career Transformation Center. This role supports program delivery by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, communicating with academic and industry partners, and assisting with grant-related tracking and reporting. The position functions as an individual contributor focused on execution, organization, and program support rather than leadership or staff oversight.

The Program Manager has the following duties and responsibilities:

Coordinates day-to-day workforce pipeline and employee development program activities
Maintains schedules, participant records, and program documentation

Serves as a primary contact for academic and training partners
Coordinates schedules, materials, timelines, and follow-up items

Tracks participation, completion, and basic program outcomes
Maintains data spreadsheets and prepares routine status reports
Maintains documentation and supports reporting and audit requirements

Responds to participant inquiries and supports program communications
Coordinates information related to completions, certificates, and advancement opportunities

The successful candidate will bring:

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field Required

Experience
3 Years Experience working with: Project management, coordinating workforce education or workforce development programs, grant funded programs, academic institutions or training providers Required

Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Presentation skills. Ability to learn systems used for training and reporting.
