  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve mineral recovery, concentrate quality, productivity, and overall field efficiency.
  • Identify operational risks and implement practical measures to maintain continuity, safety, compliance, and performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in mining operations, with documented experience in alluvial or river-based extraction.
  • Proven experience working with heavy mineral sands, coltan-bearing deposits, niobium, tantalum, or comparable mineral processing environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of gravity separation systems, magnetic separation circuits, and electrostatic mineral separation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations in remote, infrastructure-limited environments with complex logistical requirements.
  • Experience managing large-scale water systems and implementing environmentally responsible site practices.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with experience coordinating multidisciplinary field teams.
  • Experience managing community-facing relationships and engaging effectively with local stakeholders and workforces.
  • Understanding of responsible sourcing, mineral traceability, and compliance expectations applicable to strategic and sensitive mineral supply chains.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of operational priorities, and maintain high standards in challenging field conditions.
Benefits
  • Full-time opportunity with significant operational ownership and leadership responsibility.
  • Opportunity to work on complex mining and mineral processing projects involving strategic minerals.
  • Exposure to multidisciplinary operations spanning extraction, processing, maintenance, HSE, logistics, and community engagement.
  • Opportunity to contribute to responsible sourcing, traceability, environmental management, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • International and cross-functional working environment.
  • Professional growth opportunities through responsibility for complex remote-site operations.
  • Compensation to be determined based on experience and role requirements.
