Job Description

Description:

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee clinical operations across our cardiology practice, including nursing teams, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and virtual care services. This individual will work closely with physicians and leadership to support high-quality patient care, efficient clinical workflows, team development, and operational growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who understands that excellent patient care and strong operations must work together. This person should be equally comfortable working with physicians and executive leadership, supporting frontline nurses and APPs, and rolling up their sleeves to solve operational challenges.

We are looking for someone who can help build structure, standardize workflows, develop teams, and create a cohesive clinical operating model across both traditional in-office care and virtual care services.

This role is ideal for a leader who is strategic enough to help shape the future of the organization while remaining operationally engaged enough to understand what is happening on the ground every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for nursing teams and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Support clinical operations across multiple locations within the cardiology practice.
  • Develop and improve clinical workflows, staffing models, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with physicians and leadership to support patient care, access, and operational goals.
  • Oversee and help develop virtual care services, including on-site nurses and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of clinical team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, quality, and team performance.
  • Promote collaboration and consistency across all clinical teams and locations.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse license required.
  • Previous clinical leadership or management experience required.
  • Experience working with nursing teams and/or Advanced Practice Providers preferred.
  • Cardiology, specialty practice, multi-site operations, or virtual care experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 annually

This is a full-time position eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
