Job Description

Responsibilities

The Coord, Operations and Finance supports System Engineering leadership by serving as a strategic liaison across finance, operations, and process improvement initiatives. This role is a key resource in driving data-informed decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and supporting system-wide initiatives through analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This position manages system wide capital tracking, partnering with hospitals, finance teams, and operational leadership to ensure accuracy, alignment, and readiness for executive review. The Coord, Operations and Finance also supports process improvement efforts, identifies efficiency opportunities, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement standardized solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and vendors to support initiatives, provide insights, and ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making across the system.

Qualifications

Required:

• Three years in Plant Operations and Maintenance
• Associate degree
• CHOP-B
