We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Fry Cook to join our kitchen team! The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fried menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Operate fryers safely and efficiently during service
• Monitor product quality, cooking times, and food temperatures
• Maintain proper oil quality and fryer cleanliness
• Keep the station stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleaning duties as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or fry station experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Team player with a strong work ethic
