• Conduct virtual consultations and learn about each member's needs

• Answer questions and provide helpful, professional guidance
• Assist members with digital applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Complete follow-ups and ensure information is properly documented
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
• Good listening and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable using basic digital tools, video conferencing, and online applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
