Thrive Senior Living is seeking a **Front of House Manager*
* to lead our dining room operations and create an exceptional experience for our residents, families, and guests.

The Front of House Manager will oversee the day-to-day front-of-house dining experience, lead and develop the serving team, and ensure that every meal is delivered with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee daily front-of-house dining operations.

* Supervise, coach, and motivate servers and other front-of-house team members.

* Ensure dining services are organized, efficient, and welcoming.

* Create and maintain a warm, hospitable atmosphere for residents and guests.

* Monitor service levels and ensure residents receive attentive, personalized service.

* Assist with staff scheduling, table assignments, and daily dining room coverage.

* Train new team members on service expectations, dining procedures, and Thrive standards.

* Conduct ongoing coaching and provide feedback to team members.

* Address resident and guest concerns professionally and promptly.

* Build strong relationships with residents and learn their individual dining preferences.

* Partner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure smooth meal service.

* Communicate resident feedback, preferences, and concerns to the appropriate leadership team members.

* Ensure dining areas are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for each meal.

* Monitor adherence to food service, sanitation, safety, and company standards.

* Assist with special events, celebrations, and other community dining experiences.

* Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

* Lead by example and consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.

### What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, hotel, country club, senior living, or a similar service-focused environment.

* Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.

* Strong leadership and team-building skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Professional, positive, and approachable personality.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

* Dependable and willing to be a hands-on leader.
