Service Tech II (Tcnico de Servios II)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Tech II (Técnico de Serviços II) based in Brazil.

Join a field-based technical role supporting customers primarily across the Campinas region and the interior of São Paulo.
You’ll work directly with industrial water systems, conducting sampling, analysis, equipment inspections, and technical service activities.
The role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction, reporting, and equipment support.
You’ll help customers maintain efficient and reliable water treatment operations while identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
The position requires autonomy, organization, safety awareness, and strong attention to technical detail.
You’ll also collaborate with customers and internal teams through meetings, training, inspections, and ongoing service activities.
This is an opportunity to build valuable experience in industrial water management within a structured, customer-focused technical environment.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct regular visits to customers throughout the interior of São Paulo, with a primary focus on the Campinas region.
  • Collect water samples from customer systems and perform water quality analyses.
  • Monitor and evaluate water treatment systems, identifying relevant technical conditions or potential issues.
  • Prepare accurate and timely technical reports following customer visits and service activities.
  • Install, configure, and support dosing, control, and monitoring equipment.
  • Monitor and manage inventories of chemical products required for customer operations.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support and guidance as required.
  • Accompany inspections of industrial equipment, including boilers and heat exchangers.
  • Participate in corporate training programs to maintain and develop technical knowledge.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring service activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Technical qualification in Chemistry or Environmental Management/Environmental Technology is required.
  • Active CRQ (Regional Chemistry Council) registration is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a technical service, field service, water treatment, industrial chemistry, environmental, or related technical environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct water sampling and analysis accurately and follow established technical procedures.
  • Comfortable working directly at customer sites and interacting with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage field visits, reports, equipment, samples, and chemical product inventories.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy, safety, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to participate in customer meetings, equipment inspections, and ongoing professional training.
  • Availability to travel throughout the interior of São Paulo, particularly around Campinas.
