  • Experience with the Healthcare Revenue Cycle is preferred, along with equivalent implementation or onboarding experience in healthcare, financial services, or other related environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to use automation and AI to improve workflows, increase operational efficiency, and support innovation.
  • Strong project management, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to independently manage complex tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing abilities, with the confidence to provide guidance to colleagues and collaborate effectively with leadership.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, attention to detail, and consistent performance.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology or healthcare revenue cycle products is beneficial.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with eligibility for a bonus or variable pay opportunity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Fully remote and flexible work environment.
