Establish repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, technical standards, and best practices as the Revenue Operations practice continues to scale.
Maintain visibility into project health, team capacity, utilization, delivery quality, and potential risks across multiple engagements.
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, Marketing Operations, Salesforce consulting, or a closely related discipline.
Meaningful experience within an agency, consultancy, systems integrator, or professional services environment supporting multiple clients.
1–2+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience, including coaching, prioritization, workload management, and quality oversight.

Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, including lead lifecycle management, routing, automation, integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
Proven ability to lead client discovery, diagnose business and technical challenges, and develop clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Experience scoping consulting engagements by defining deliverables, estimating effort, identifying dependencies and assumptions, and establishing clear scope boundaries.
Experience supporting new business development, pitches, proposals, cross-selling, or account expansion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence to manage expectations, navigate challenging conversations, and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with hands-on technical and client responsibilities.
Preferred qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications, particularly Sales Cloud Consultant, as well as certifications or deeper experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, HubSpot, or Marketo.
