Schedule:Monday-Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview

Marsden South is seeking a Lead Special Services Technician to perform and oversee specialty cleaning and floor care services throughout the Columbus market. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring travel between job sites.

This position is physically demanding and ideal for someone who enjoys active work, takes pride in quality results, and can work independently while leading and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead special services and floor care projects at assigned locations
• Perform stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, scrubbing, and floor restoration
• Shampoo and extract carpets using commercial equipment
• Perform window cleaning, including ladder work when required
• Power wash and pressure wash exterior surfaces
• Operate and maintain commercial floor care equipment
• Complete deep cleaning and specialty service projects
• Travel between multiple locations throughout the Columbus area
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous floor care experience required
• Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, carpet extraction, and commercial floor machines
• Experience with pressure washing and window cleaning preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle
• Ability to safely work from ladders
• Must be willing to travel between work locations
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Experience

• Commercial, industrial, office, retail, banking, or healthcare facilities
• Concrete polishing and floor restoration techniques
