Drug Screen Coordinator - UCC
Description:
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Entry Level
Drug Screen Coordinator - UCC Drug screen collection and breath alcohol testing are performed according to DOT standards and UCC/CCC protocol. Maintains certification as a Certified Drug Screen Collector/ Trainer, BAT Certified Trainer and NIOSH Certification for audiograms and Pulmonary Functions Tests. Manages results and record storage. Assists with charge entry. Maintains company profiles, insures accuracy of information. Obtains training and skills checklist to back up the UCC Lab to perform waived testing as needed. Maintains Hepatitis B vaccination and related blood work records for Archbold New Employees, manages notification of AMH New Employees due for Hepatitis B vaccine or blood work and tracks compliance.
Required Skills: Must be able to read at the High School level. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to effectively implement written and oral instruction. Must be able to appropriately encounter individuals (patients, visitors, coworkers, medical staff) in a variety of situations and circumstances.
Physical Demands: Good physical and mental health. Able to work under supervision and independently as required by the situtation and under stressful conditions.

Supervised By: Director of Urgent Care Center
Performance Standards: Organization Wide Maintains a professional image. Makes a conscientious effort to help maintain a clean, safe and secure environment. Assumes responsibility for institutional requirements.
