Dispatcher in San Marcos, Texas at TAS Environmental Services

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication between drivers and the operations team. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

A biller's job is to send invoices, collect payments, and ensure that customers are billed correctly. Billers can work in a variety of settings, including healthcare, business, and collections.

Responsibilities

Send invoices: Prepare and send invoices to customers or patients

Receive payments: Sort and track payments from customers

Resolve issues: Respond to questions and issues about invoices

Submit claims: Send medical claims to insurance companies

Follow up on claims: Ensure that insurance companies pay medical providers on time

Ensure accuracy: Verify that bills are accurate and that medical providers bill patients correctly

Handle denials: Resolve claims that are denied by insurance companies

Provide reports: Create and provide reports on billing dat

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers, ensuring accuracy
• Communicate effectively with drivers using phone systems to provide real-time updates.
• Monitor fleet operations and manage day to day activities.
• Input and maintain accurate data .
• Respond promptly to any issues or delays that arise during transportation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the supply chain.

Competencies

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay information.

Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain processes.

Fleet management systems.

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Familiar of Acumatica and Wastelinq, Microsoft 365 or similar software is required.

Understanding Environmental Response route optimization is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
