Banquet/Catering Setup The Warrior Hotel in Sioux City, Iowa at Warrior Hotel

We are looking for an energetic, banquet professional who specializes in organizing and preparing events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. This position requires manual set up, break down, and service to all meeting rooms in accordance with Marriott’s high standards of quality. During banquet events, they provide excellent customer service by listening to guests' needs and fulfilling their requests. Additionally, banquet set-up maintains a professional appearance and attitude, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Their responsibilities include:

• Room preparation for appropriate functions.
• Set up and tear down audio equipment, tables, stages, and chairs, arrange buffets, and podiums as needed.
• Set up, restocking, and ensuring cleanliness of portable bars.
• Maintain the banquet facilities' condition and cleanliness by refreshing meeting spaces, clean rooms, including cleaning, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets.

Need candidates with open availability as events could be AM or PM any day of the week. Weekends as needed

Part-time; On Call position. Candidates are called as needed.
