Marketing Coordinator — Hudson Valley Magazine in Rye, New York at MARTINELLI HOLDINGS LLC

Position is Full-time Non-Exempt, Hybrid

Today Media is seeking an organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support Hudson Valley Magazine across email, digital, social, events, and sales marketing.

Working closely with the Hudson Valley Sales and Marketing teams, this role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns, communications, creative assets, and event promotions are delivered accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. He/she will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Publisher.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Database Management

• Manage the Hudson Valley promotional and email calendar.
• Coordinate and schedule email campaigns with Lead Gen Manager.
• Maintain Hudson Valley client and prospect data in Magazine Manager, ensuring accounts are current and accurately categorized.

Event Marketing & Operations

• Coordinate the execution of marketing plans for Hudson Valley Magazine events, working with the event agency to manage promotional timelines, assets, communications, and campaign deliverables.
• Serve as the liaison between the Hudson Valley Events team, Marketing, Digital, and event agency.
• Coordinate with the Digital team to schedule and deploy event campaigns.
• Manage Leap event and ticketing pages and maintain event information and promotional pages on HVmag.com.
• Coordinate event-related marketing materials, including registration, signage, and promotional assets.
• Assist with event logistics and provide on-site support as needed.

Social Media & Creative

• Coordinate Hudson Valley marketing creative and social content.
• Review creative and social reels prior to deployment.
• Manage day-to-day content for HVRestaurants.com and its marketing social channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external creative resources as needed.

Sales Marketing Support

• Support the Sales team with customized client presentations and marketing materials.
• Create presentation decks incorporating approved opportunities, imagery, mock-ups, and activations.
• Maintain and organize sales marketing assets for easy customization and use.

Top Lists & Recognition Programs

• Coordinate email communications for Top Doctors and other Hudson Valley recognition programs.
• Prepare and distribute approved honoree communications.
• Manage incoming responses and route sales-related questions to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain organized communication and response records.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write engaging email, social, promotional, and press release copy.
• Familiarity with email marketing, CRM/database, social media, and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Digital, Creative, and Events.
• Knowledge of or interest in the Hudson Valley community is a plus.
