This is a high-visibility leadership position where strong judgment, communication, and regulatory expertise directly shape business outcomes and consumer trust.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of compliance professionals responsible for monitoring carrier-aligned agent and agency sales activities and ensuring adherence to Medicare Advantage compliance standards.
  • Design and oversee enterprise compliance monitoring strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and contractual risk across sales operations.
  • Manage resolution processes for Complaints to Medicare (CTM) and other compliance allegations, ensuring timely and appropriate corrective actions.
  • Partner with sales leadership, carriers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on compliance expectations and execution standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with health plan carriers while coordinating compliance requirements and implementation efforts.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to sales partners on regulatory obligations, risk areas, and compliant sales practices.
  • Research emerging compliance issues and recommend policy or process changes to strengthen enterprise risk controls.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent enforcement of compliance frameworks and continuous improvement of oversight processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, compliance, or risk management within a regulated healthcare environment.
  • 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations, carrier requirements, and sales compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and external executives.
  • Ability to analyze compliance risks, investigate issues, and recommend actionable corrective measures.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong operational discipline.
  • Preferred: MBA, Juris Doctor, or other advanced degree.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $138,900 – $191,000 USD, depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for annual bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage effective day one
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match
  • Paid time off, holidays, volunteer days, and parental/caregiver leave
  • Tuition assistance, scholarships for dependents, and career development programs
  • Employee recognition programs and additional performance-based rewards
  • Employee resource groups and inclusive workplace initiatives
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for meetings or training
