This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in India.
We are seeking a high-impact Head of Marketing to build and lead the full marketing function for an AI-native healthcare SaaS platform focused on transforming psychiatric care delivery. In this role, you will own everything from positioning and demand generation to product marketing, content strategy, and brand development across a highly specialized US healthcare market. You will play a central role in translating complex clinical and AI-driven capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with psychiatrists and healthcare operators. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring both strategic vision and strong executional capability in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You will work closely with founders and commercial leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and drive measurable pipeline impact. - Own and lead the end-to-end marketing function, including positioning, demand generation, product marketing, content, PR, and brand strategy.
- Develop and execute high-impact growth campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive qualified pipeline and customer acquisition.
- Define clear product positioning and messaging tailored to psychiatrists, clinical decision-makers, and healthcare operators in the US market.
- Build and manage go-to-market strategies for product launches, including collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, ROI tools, and sales enablement materials.
- Oversee content strategy and execution, including blogs, newsletters, thought leadership, and multi-channel storytelling.
- Lead demand generation efforts, including campaign planning, performance tracking, experimentation, and optimization based on ROI metrics.
- Manage PR and external communications to build brand authority within the behavioral health and healthcare technology ecosystem.
- Own conference and event marketing strategy, including booth presence, lead capture, and post-event conversion initiatives.
- Drive customer marketing and retention initiatives, including onboarding journeys, customer storytelling, and case study development.
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing programs and revenue goals.
- Manage and mentor at least one direct report, with responsibility to grow the marketing team over time.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in enterprise, healthcare, or clinical buyer environments.
- Proven experience owning full-funnel marketing functions, including demand generation, product marketing, content, and brand.
- Strong track record of building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience managing and developing at least one direct report in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and executionally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Experience marketing to US healthcare buyers, with an understanding of clinical decision-making and buyer behavior.
- Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing, including email, content, paid media, events, and PR.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and clinically relevant messaging.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in marketing performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, funnel analytics).
- Experience working with marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage them to enhance productivity and output quality.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams.
- Willingness to work US-overlap hours and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Degree from a top-tier institution or equivalent professional experience.
- Competitive compensation ranging from 50–70 LPA based on experience and skills.
