This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Agent(e) bilingue, Exécution based in Canada.

This role sits at the heart of residential mortgage operations, ensuring that loan files are accurately reviewed, completed, and processed from origination through to legal instructions.
You will act as a key execution specialist, handling complex documentation and ensuring all conditions are met with precision and efficiency.
The position requires strong coordination with internal partners, particularly mortgage specialists and legal stakeholders, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will play a critical role in maintaining service excellence, ensuring timely turnaround and compliance with internal policies and lending standards.
It is a highly detail-oriented function where accuracy, organization, and decision-making directly impact client outcomes and operational success.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, helping streamline processes and enhance the overall client and partner experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Review mortgage application files submitted by mortgage specialists to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all required conditions.
  • Set up and administer new residential mortgage transactions, including processing associated financial operations and documentation.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal partners and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong service levels.
  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage workload, meet deadlines, and ensure responsiveness under time constraints.
  • Support the team during peak periods and unexpected volume increases to ensure service continuity.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Ensure all complaints and inquiries are handled with a strong focus on customer experience and resolution quality.
  • Follow all organizational policies and standards related to mortgage documentation, verification, and disbursement processes.
Requirements:
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple Canadian provinces.
  • Solid understanding of residential mortgage lending and underwriting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret legal and financial mortgage documentation accurately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
  • Flexibility to work adjusted schedules during peak operational periods.
