Job Description
Set up, test, and operate livestream equipment, software, and TikTok Shop tools, ensuring all technical, product, inventory, pricing, and discount elements are accurate and ready before going live.
Manage livestream flow in real time — product pinning, promotion timing, script cues, event pacing, offers, bundles, and audience engagement tools.
Monitor performance metrics (viewers, engagement, CTR, conversion, sales) and make real-time adjustments to maximize results.
Coordinate with hosts, creators, producers, brand teams, and moderators to execute run-of-show plans and ensure smooth broadcasts.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues live, escalating when needed and minimizing disruptions.
Track post-livestream results and provide insights and recommendations to improve future performance.
Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices; collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, creative, and customer support teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
1 year of experience in ecommerce, livestream operations, digital marketing, social commerce, or marketplace operations; familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn livestream production tools, equipment, and software (OBS, audio/video/lighting setups, streaming tools); experience with studio operations is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and resolve issues during live broadcasts.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented focus on execution accuracy.
Experience with promotional planning, merchandising, or online sales optimization; knowledge of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and platform features preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting dashboards; comfortable working with performance data and making real-time adjustments.
Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English; flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends.
Delivering consistently smooth, error-free livestream experiences.
Quickly identifying and resolving technical or operational issues during broadcasts.
Maintaining accurate execution of product promotions, showcases, and livestream workflows.
Supporting hosts and production teams to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?First 30 days: Completing onboarding on Pattern processes, livestream technology, and TikTok Shop tools; shadowing livestream operations and becoming familiar with production workflows and brand requirements
First 60 days: Independently supporting livestream operations and technical execution; demonstrating proficiency with TikTok Shop live selling tools and successfully troubleshooting common operational and technical challenges
First 90 days: Independently operating livestream sessions with minimal supervision; contributing recommendations that improve livestream efficiency and performance contributing operational insights that make you a trusted partner for hosts, producers, and account teams
