Job Description
True North Salmon LP, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Gel Pack Worker to support our temperature-controlled operations. This role is responsible for preparing and handling gel ice packs to ensure product quality and compliance with cold chain requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fill, seal, and prepare gel packs in accordance with company standards
- Stage gel packs to support daily processing and shipping requirements
- Inspect gel packs for damage, leaks, or quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, including health & safety and food safety requirements
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Cold, wet and damp production environment
- Repetitive tasks and prolonged standing
- Overtime and flexible hours may be required
