We’re open to a range of experience for this role — from install helpers ready to grow into the trade, to seasoned installers and leads who can run a job from start to finish. What You'll Do

• 1 year of HVAC installer or install helper | residential HVAC systems — units, ductwork, line sets, and accessories
• Run or assist on installs depending on your experience level
• Deliver clean, code-compliant work and verify system performance before leaving the job
• Mentor or learn from the crew around you, depending on where you're at
• Represent McWilliams professionally in every home

What We're Looking For

• Installers of all levels — lead installer, installer, or install helper
• Experienced candidates ready to lead jobs and entry-level helpers willing to learn are both encouraged to apply
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

What you need

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior HVAC install experience preferred (helpers willing to learn welcome)
• Must be at least 22 (company vehicle insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas in varying temperatures
• Unlicensed? No problem — we'll help you earn your credentials
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
