This role sits within a high-performing wealth management environment, supporting advisory teams in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships by coordinating day-to-day service needs, preparing financial materials, and ensuring seamless execution of operational and administrative tasks. The position blends client-facing communication with analytical and operational responsibilities, requiring both precision and strong interpersonal skills. You will work closely with senior advisors, internal investment teams, and external partners such as CPAs and attorneys to support comprehensive wealth management strategies. - Support senior advisors in preparing client deliverables, financial statements, portfolio reports, and financial planning materials to ensure high-quality client interactions
- Collect, organize, and maintain detailed client financial data and documentation to support accurate and complete client profiles
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications, handling both scheduled updates and ad hoc requests with professionalism and responsiveness
- Execute daily operational tasks including account openings, wire transfers, check requests, journals, and custodial processing activities
- Track client portfolios, allocations, and asset movements while coordinating closely with internal operations and investment teams
- Collaborate with external partners such as CPAs and attorneys to support client balance sheet management and financial coordination
- Assist with alternative investments and liquid markets coordination to ensure alignment across client portfolios
- Document key processes, workflows, and best practices to support operational consistency and team efficiency
- Lead or contribute to special projects and strategic team initiatives as assigned
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA environments, or financial services client service/operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses strongly preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of financial markets, portfolio concepts, and wealth management operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment
