Job Title: Level III Respite Care Provider

location : Nationwide Opportunities — Family Residence, CYS Facility, or Other Approved Location

Job Type : Part-Time / As Needed

Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one respite care to eligible EFMP family members.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, dressing, and safety supervision.
• Follow the family’s service plan and care instructions.
• Maintain a safe and respectful care environment.
• Document services provided and report concerns as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications :

Must meet one of the following:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Child Development or Special Education; OR
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification with at least 1 year of relevant post-certification experience; OR
• Minimum 2 years of direct documented experience working with individuals with special needs.

Additional Requirements:

• Favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation.
• National Sex Offender Registry Check.
• State and local child abuse registry checks.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on, in-person skills assessment.
• Online-only CPR certification is not acceptable.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
