The RESORT:

The JOBOur Event Servers are an essential part of creating exceptional weddings, celebrations, meetings, banquets, and special events throughout Jekyll Island Club Resort.
You’ll work alongside our Banquets & Events team to provide polished, attentive service while making sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. From an intimate dinner to a large wedding reception, you’ll help create the kind of experience guests remember long after the event ends.
What You’ll Do- Provide friendly, professional food and beverage service during weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, receptions, and special events
- Set and prepare tables, place settings, buffets, and service areas
- Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and other event offerings
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the event
- Clear tables and maintain clean, organized event spaces
- Assist the banquet team with event preparation and breakdown as needed
- Follow banquet event orders and service standards
- Work closely with fellow team members to keep events running smoothly
- Represent Jekyll Island Club Resort with professionalism and genuine hospitality
We’re looking for people who are positive, outgoing, dependable, and ready to be part of a team. Previous serving, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
You should enjoy staying active, working with guests, and being part of a team where everyone jumps in to make the event successful.

- Must be willing to assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
