Alliance Workforce Management is hiring Housekeeping Associates to support a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility in Owasso. This role plays a key part in keeping work areas organized, sanitary, and ready for daily operations.
Position OverviewThe Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness across non-production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces. This role ensures a hygienic environment for employees and visitors while supporting overall facility standards.
Responsibilities- Sweep and mop floors in non-production areas and break rooms.
- Replace trash liners and empty waste containers in restrooms, break rooms, and outdoor common areas.
- Clean and maintain picnic areas weekly.
- Wipe down doors, walls, and high-touch surfaces in designated areas.
- Sanitize restrooms (men’s and women’s) daily.
- Clean and organize the employee locker room.
- Maintain cleanliness of break room walls and shared spaces.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Ability to stay focused and complete tasks over extended periods.
- Strong coordination and ability to work alongside others.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to safety practices and facility guidelines.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain positive working relationships.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE and following safety protocols.
- Training provided; 60–90 days allowed to meet performance expectations.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Minimal overtime required.
- Work may occur in climate-controlled office areas (68–72°F) or production environments ranging from –40°F to 45°F.
- Exposure to noise, cleaning chemicals, and strong odors may occur.
- PPE required in production zones: hair/beard nets, rubber-soled shoes, smocks, hearing protection, and hard hats.
- Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Standing at waist-high workstations for extended periods.
- Walking/standing on concrete surfaces that may be wet or slippery.
- Requires repetitive hand and wrist movement.
- Must have corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
- Ability to maintain balance and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time positions available on 2nd shift. Schedules follow standard weekday operations.
