The HEALing Measures Center, supported by grant 1RM1DA059395-01, is dedicated to advancing the measurement, quality, and equity of care in community opioid treatment programs (OTPs) through the sustained implementation of measurement-based care (MBC). Our comprehensive approach involves collaborative efforts with community partners to improve tools, enhance measurement quality, and bridge critical research gaps in the real-world application of evidence-based measurement and systems. We will co-design the implementation blueprint with key community partners (e.g., policy makers, payers, OTP providers) that will serve as the foundation for a stepped-wedge, hybrid type II effectiveness-implement.
1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships with community partners, policymakers, payers, and OTP providers to facilitate successful implementation and dissemination of research findings.
2. Project Management: Maintain alignment of the project's overarching goals and timelines with community partnership engagement, research activities, etc. This includes administrative tasks such as overseeing various organizational, managerial, and logistical aspects of the research projects including timeline/milestone tracking and adhering to IRB protocols.
3. Implementation: Execute the implementation activities with fidelity to the implementation blueprint, including trainings, technical assistance, etc.
4. Data Collection and Analysis: Experience with conducting and analyzing qualitative interviews, collecting survey data, etc.
5. Dissemination and Reporting: Support the preparation and dissemination of findings to local partners as well as through publications, presentations, and other channels, contributing to ongoing measurement quality initiatives and reporting within Pennsylvania.
Supports researchers through all aspects of the research process and oversees the development, creation, and implementation of reports, processes, and guidelines. Creates and leads research design training programs and identifies needed resources and services. Creates development strategies. Maintains databases and provides guidance and support.
Essential Functions
Requires the ability to visualize a computer screen, to work with computer hardware and software, to communicate verbally and in writing, and to use a phone. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of English.
