ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming packages and deliveries for members, and Bluejack employees.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure parcel room at all times.
• Accurately track and document incoming packages, including recipient information and delivery details.
• Prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, high-priority, or special deliveries.
• Notify members, employees, and departments when packages are received and ready for pickup or delivery.
• Ensure packages are stored securely and distributed to the appropriate recipient.
• Coordinate with Security, and other departments as needed to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Assist with managing deliveries from various carriers and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling personal or sensitive packages.
• Monitor the parcel room and report any missing, damaged, or improperly delivered packages to the appropriate member of the Security team.
• Provide friendly and professional service to members, employees, vendors, and other community guests.
• Follow all Bluejack National security, safety, and package-handling procedures.
• Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the Security and other departments.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, mailroom, logistics, security, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn package tracking or management systems.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
• Must hold an active Texas Level II Security Guard License.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties

of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
