LPN FLOAT-FND LTC Nursing Support in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our LTC Float Pool in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full-Time
• Work Shift: Nights

What Your Day Looks Like: Your assignments each day will allow you to experience various surrounding communities as you travel to our facilities located in Stockton, El Dorado Springs, Ash Grove, Buffalo, and Bolivar. You will exercise a number of skills, including: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The LPN is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be:

• Developing relationships with our residents
• Facilitating resident admissions and discharges
• Assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care

Qualifications:

Experience: Patient Care

Skills: Multitasking, attention to detail, organizational skills

Licensure/Certification: LPN certification

Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods of time and to thrive in a fast paced environment
