You will manage initiatives end-to-end, create robust project schedules, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate progress directly to senior leadership.

• 📌 End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage strategic projects from concept and planning through to final completion and delivery.

• 🗓️ Timeline & Deliverable Management: Build comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking frameworks.

• 🤝 Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate project teams and cross-departmental stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear action item follow-ups.

• ⚠️ Risk & Dependency Tracking: Track project risks, dependencies, and deadlines, identifying potential challenges before they become blockers.

• 📊 Executive Updates & SOPs: Prepare executive project updates, document project management workflows, and maintain structured SOPs.

• Experience: 3+ years of project management, operations, business management, or related experience.

• Project Execution: Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and follow-through.

• Critical Thinking: Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Executive Communication: Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Comfortable operating independently and maintaining high precision in a fast-paced environment.
