JOB SUMMARY

As an AI Solutions Engineer II at ASI, you are responsible for independently running discovery sessions, building and shipping automation pilots, and developing field knowledge-capture pipelines with limited supervision. You own the full cycle from scoping through adoption for discrete pilots, producing measurable outcomes for the engineering and operations teams you serve.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run discovery sessions with departments to identify high-leverage automation and knowledge-capture opportunities.
• Build and ship automation pilots independently, with documented before/after impact metrics.
• Own engineering-workflow automation pilots and communications and email-triage solutions end to end.
• Conduct field embeds, interviews, and ride-alongs; structure outputs into engineering-ready requirements.
• Build and maintain capture, transcription, structuring, and edge-case taxonomy pipelines.
• Deliver queryable knowledge bases from structured field data for use by engineering teams.
• Partner with receiving teams from scoping through adoption to ensure sustained use of delivered solutions.
• Integrate automation and knowledge-capture tooling with developer systems, messaging platforms, and email infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of software development experience, including work with modern AI development tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship automation pilots or AI-powered tools with measurable outcomes.
• Experience integrating with developer tools, messaging systems, or email platforms.
• Ability to run structured discovery sessions and translate findings into actionable pilot plans.
• Comfortable conducting field embeds, interviews, and ride-alongs with operators and engineers.
