Car Wash Lead

Job Description: You would be working side by side, with our manager and assistant manager, overseeing day to day express wash operations, leading the team, and providing outstanding customer service to every customer. lf you enjoy being outside, staying active and working on a team, this is the role for you. What You Would Do:

• Perform opening/closing procedures & necessary data entry
• Maintain daily sales records and cash handling procedures
• Assist site manager and assistant manager with preventative maintenance, tunnel cleaning and other job related tasks.
• Safely direct customers onto carwash conveyor
• Ensure that each customer is presented with current membership offers
• Perform dry down, window cleaning and tire shine application
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care
• Promptly report any prior or new damage to a customer’s vehicle to management
• Comply with all Russell Fischer policies and procedures

General labor, working outdoors in physically demanding positions, construction, customer service, tire shops, bussing or serving, car dealerships, military service, and automotive service shops.
