WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role performs all aspects of internal quality audits, including planning, initiation, observations, interviews, analysis, reporting, and verification of corrective and preventive actions, while maintaining audit files. It assists with tissue supplier and distribution intermediary audits, supports third-party audits by regulatory agencies and business partners, and provides guidance for LifeNet Health's Zone Assessment Program. Responsibilities also include leading cross-functional projects, promoting problem-solving methods such as 8D, creating and revising SOPs to meet QSR/GTP, AATB, and ISO requirements, and reviewing CAPA investigations for completeness and effectiveness. Additionally, the position serves as a technical resource for CATSWeb activities and provides training as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 2 years with degree or 6 years without degree experience in quality or operations related activities in tissue banking, blood banking, medical device, clinical trial or pharmaceutical
Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
