Job Description
As a Sales Channel Partnership Manager at Kpler, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our commercial reach across the APAC region by building and expanding a high-performing partner ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of APAC, you will identify strategic alliances, enable partner success, and co-develop go-to-market initiatives that bring Kpler's world-class trade intelligence to new markets. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact scalable recurring revenue while shaping how global commodity, energy, and maritime players leverage market intelligence.
Expand Partner Ecosystem: Recruit, onboard, and develop new strategic channel partners aligned with Kpler's regional growth targets across the APAC region.
Drive Channel Revenue: Establish joint business plans, clear performance metrics, and co-selling strategies with assigned partners to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Enable & Empower Partners: Deliver comprehensive product training, commercial enablement, and ongoing support to equip partner sales teams to successfully represent Kpler solutions.
Execute Go-to-Market Campaigns: Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute regional partner campaigns, joint webinars, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work seamlessly with internal Product, Customer Success, and Direct Sales teams to ensure partners receive the resources and operational alignment needed to win deals.
Manage Commercial Agreements: Negotiate partnership contracts, structure channel incentive models, and ensure full compliance with company policies and commercial terms.
5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances within B2B technology or SaaS environments.
Demonstrated track record of recruiting, scaling, and managing revenue-generating partner networks.
Strong commercial acumen with experience using modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and forecast growth.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in SaaS, data analytics, or the commodities, energy, and maritime sectors.
Familiarity with structured channel incentive frameworks and managing regional partner networks across diverse APAC markets.
