Apartment Maintenance Technician | Albuquerque, NM | Full-Time | On-Site
Multi-Family Housing | Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour + Bonus

Monarch Investment and Management Groupis looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Mission Hill Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $22/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and free skiing at Monarch Mountain!

In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Great compensation and benefits:

  • $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Yearly raises up to 5%
  • Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to$3,000.00 Per Year!
  • On-call bonus:$100.00 a weekwhen on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
  • 1+years' experience in general maintenance
  • Drywalling experience including painting and carpentry
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
  • Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
  • Have good verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, and drug screening.
