We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in our Naples, Florida corporate office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support by filing documents, organizing office supplies, and maintaining office organization.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication tasks.
  • Support office management activities, ensuring a smooth operation of daily functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance office productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in office management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
