Job Description
The Fulfillment Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing revenue for the company’s e-commerce fulfillment services. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with e-commerce brands, retailers, and marketplace sellers seeking warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.
? Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads within the e-commerce and retail sectors.
? Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' fulfillment and logistics needs.
? Present company services, capabilities, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
? Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
? Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
? Participate in outside sales activities, including customer presentations and visits, research and reporting.
? Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
? Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS

? Required
o High school diploma or equivalent
o 2+ years of sales experience
o Marketing experience / relationships in
o Strong negotiation skills.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Computer literate, MS Office and CRM software experience.
o Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
o Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
? Preferred
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
o Experience selling third-party fulfillment or e-commerce services.
o Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce or similar systems.
o Knowledge of robotics in a warehouse setting
o Existing network within the e-commerce, fulfillment industry.
SCHEDULE
Schedule is based on the time business operations are ran.
? Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
? Onsite for general sales meetings and reviews
? Off-site travel to client sites
COMPENSATION
? $72,500.00 - $80,000.00 (based on experience)
? Commission
