The Role

To support our rapid expansion in the Asia Pacific region, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Fulfilment Manager to oversee our end-to-end order fulfilment activities. The role is responsible for overseeing local cylinder filling operations and ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time whilst maintaining high standards of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics management and delivery performance.

The successful candidate will lead all fulfillment activities in the Asia Pacific region and will work closely with external suppliers, government departments, logistics partners, customer service, sales, supply chain and other internal teams. Liaising with customers will also be necessary.

The position can be located in either Thailand or Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment, warehouse, picking & packing and order dispatch activities
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, product receiving, storage and outbound shipments
• Oversee cylinder filling operations, working in close cooperation with local cylinder fill partner(s)
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate customs declarations, export documentation and deliveries
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, within agreed service levels
• Maintain appropriate warehouse organization, safety standards and operating procedures
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain and suppliers to ensure appropriate stock availability
• Oversee inspection of incoming and outbound shipments, and ensure Company QA/QC standards are maintained
• Investigate and resolve fulfilment issues including shortages, damage, delayed or incorrect orders
• Support implementation of warehouse management, order management, and inventory systems
• Maintain related order documentation & record keeping
• Prepare regular Operational Reports and provide insights to management
• Conduct regular audits of regional distributor Clean Agent fill operations as directed by management and policy.

Requirements

• Ability to work in either Thailand or Malaysian without visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Fluency in English and either Thai or Bahasa Malaysia, spoken reading & written.
• Bachelor’s Degree level of education preferable
• 10+ years of experience in fulfilment, warehouse, logistics, supply chain or operations management in an engineering environment
• 3+ years of experience working for a US or multinational corporation
• Strong understanding of order processing, warehousing, delivery operations and inventory management
• Some knowledge of fire suppression systems and the fire industry an advantage
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work as part of a multi-disciplined team but also independently
• Able to travel throughout the Asia Pacific region as required by the role
