KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning Champions:Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trashmaking every corner fresh and fabulous for the whole team!
• Organization Pros:Replace all cleanchina, glass, and silver in their proper storage spots (with careno breakage here!)
• Team Spirits:Bring your best smile, connect with guests and teammates (sometimes solo!), and jump into any task with a can-do, flexible attitudebecause every day brings something new and awesome!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Ability to perform effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
