We provide occupational, physical, speech, and ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings. Our team works with children and young adults ages 0–21 with a variety of diagnoses and developmental needs.

Physical Therapist ( PT)
1099 Contractor — Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Leesburg Clinic

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

* Provide skilled physical therapy services to children with a variety of diagnoses and developmental needs

* Help children improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional abilities

* Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress

* Provide caregiver education and home-program recommendations

* Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the multidisciplinary team

* Provide appropriate feedback, guidance, and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), as applicable

* Participate in re-evaluations and update treatment plans based on patient progress
REQUIREMENTS:

* Valid Driver’s License

* Professional Liability Insurance

* Pediatric experience preferred

* Physical therapy evaluation experience preferred

* Supervision experience preferred

* Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) training preferred

* TheraSuit training preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to physically assist patients with functional activities and therapeutic exercises

* A genuine passion for helping children reach their milestones and achieve their goals
