- Help colleagues move prototypes built on outside platforms onto the firm's internal hosting environment
- Deploy and support applications on the firm's containerized platform (Kubernetes with Git-based deployments) using established templates, in partnership with the infrastructure team
- Build integrations with internal and third-party systems through REST APIs
- Maintain existing internal applications and help modernize them over time
- Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery while making sure the resulting code is secure, tested, and maintainable

- Foundational IT knowledge, including networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and TLS certificates, and the Linux command line
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) and the judgment to review and correct their output
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the patience to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
