Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage all stages of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Ensure timely and effective hiring across all departments and levels
Conduct initial interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and long-term talent pipelines
Identify and leverage effective recruiting channels, including local, national, and niche platforms
Partner closely with managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Provide support and input on interview practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
Support the development of interview guides, rubrics, and consistent hiring practices
Ensure a responsive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates
Represent Pacific Quest authentically, communicating our mission, culture, and expectations clearly
Support the development and ongoing improvement of job postings and recruitment messaging
Maintain accurate records and reporting within the applicant tracking system
Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain and update recruitment processes, tools, and documentation
Conduct periodic audits of sourcing channels, job postings, and hiring workflows
Coordinate and evaluate employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, strengthen organizational culture, and support Pacific Quest's strategic workforce goals
Partner with HR and leadership to support onboarding processes and timelines
Provide training and guidance to managers on recruitment processes and best practices
Assist with coordination of employee appreciation events and celebrations
Additional duties as assigned
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience using applicant tracking systems, IOS, and Google Suite
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, education, or mission-driven organizations
Familiarity with recruiting in geographically unique or talent-constrained markets
Understanding of trauma-informed environments or residential care settings
Relationship-building and candidate engagement
Sound judgment in assessing both skill and cultural alignment
Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing strategies
Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
Strong alignment with Pacific Quest’s mission and values
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week. The schedule will require flexibility and will vary based on organizational and recruiting needs, including the needs of candidates and hiring managers.
This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of on-site work at Pacific Quest locations and home-based work. Ability to work on-site as needed to support organizational and recruiting needs, while completing other responsibilities remotely.
