TOWN DELIVERY PULLER/LOADER in Winchester, Virginia at Schenck Foods Company Inc

• Line up each Town driver's delivery stops according to customer requirements

• Pull products from frozen, refrigerated, dry (and local, where applicable)

• Check quality of product (date, leaks or damage, etc.), replace if needed and document for inventory control

• Accurately load trucks according to the delivery driver’s stops

• Must ensure occupational food safety guidelines

• Keep all work areas in the warehouse clean and orderly; aisles kept clear

• Work in a safe and professional manner

• Assist Town customers with questions, requests or concerns and escalate when/where necessary

• Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed

• High School diploma preferred

• Warehouse food distribution and forklift experience preferred

• Computer knowledge helpful

• Must be dependable, flexible and able to work as a part of a team

• Good organizational and math skills

• Ability to bend and reach for products on pallets

• Ability to lift repetitively 40 pounds on average (and up to 80 pounds)

• Ability to climb into and out of truck compartments

• Ability to climb ladder

• Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods of time

• Ability to work in extreme climates
