If you are highly organized, enjoy detailed work, and have experience working with medical records in a healthcare environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven team.

• Upload documents accurately into the EMR while ensuring proper patient identification, document classification, and date of service

• Review records for completeness, accuracy, duplicate status, and correct patient assignment before finalizing uploads

• Coordinate and manage internal and external medical record requests from start to finish

• Obtain records from hospitals, specialists, imaging centers, prior providers, and other healthcare facilities

• Track and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion and resolution

• Maintain detailed and auditable documentation of requests, follow-up activities, and final outcomes within the EMR

• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, patient privacy requirements, and company policies
